At approximately 9:24 a.m. on June 2, 2009 the Sun Valley Fire Department and Police Department were called to the White Cloud Subdivision for a suspicious-looking device found at the construction site. At 9:26 Assistant Chief Franco of the Fire Department and Assistant Chief Mike Crawford of the Sun Valley Police arrived on scene.
